Daughtry's upgraded Drupal 5 to Drupal 6 site incorporates a new theme alongside new functionality, in particular a re-worked home page. I had previously themed the Drupal 5 version of Daughtry's site, and this new Drupal 6 version extends the focus on social media (Twitter, live video etc.) and user contributed community contributions (comments, fan pictures, reviews etc.).

The home page utilises the Quick Tabs module to create tabbed blocks which hold Views blocks. In turn, these views have been adapted to call output from other views in their headers and/or footers, allowing the integration of multiple views within a single block.

Elsewhere on the site CCK and custom theme templates are used to control/override the output of certain node types.
